Type on Water
Graphic Design, Inspiration Videos, Motion Graphics, UncategorizedToday’s Design theme is Water! and the usage of Typography. I love the execution, the thought process, the music, the camera quality, everything! Motion Graphics is a whole other monster that Graphic Design. Many people have the Design quality but don’t have the Video know-how to produce this quality work. On the other hand some people know everything about video but they lack the Design quality. When both collide… videos like these are produced. Enjoy.

Last Saturday me and a good of mine Gerardo Galaviz decided to go to Tijuana and visit the CECUT (Centro Cultural Tijuana) and passed by and got some taco’s on the way… or was it the other way around?

Free Resources for the Church!!
UncategorizedI’ve searched the world wide web for free graphic design resources that I could share with you guys because I know it’s awesome to have custom made, tailor fit designs for your church however, that doesn’t fit our budget some of the time. There is actually a lot of free resources that I found, there’s been a new mentality with Church Graphic Artist, they are willing to share their original artwork with fellow church brethren without charge. I have also started to think this this way: we design sermon series, backdrops and flyers for our churches and once they’re used they’re never seen again. So I will soon upload full photoshop files of artwork design for The Experience Church and you can modify them to fit your church! In the meantime look through these free design resources.

My mom has taken over the charge of Kids Experience Director and one of her first request to me was to make Kids Experience Money as motivator to get them on time and to read their Bible. Well I had some Stock Illustrations of some kids and put something together for my mom (and The Experience Church).

You don’t mind me starting off my blog with God, right?
Yeah, didn’t think so, hahaha.
This design request by Pastor Eddie Zellars of The Experience Church San Diego was a difficult one to start. How do you design something around Hope without putting Obama’s face on it? It seemed the President took over the word during his campaign. My goal was to redirect all hope to God as well as create something that is pleasing to the eye, not only of church people but of UNchurched people. You see it was BFF (Bring Friends & Family) Sunday at The Experience Church and we needed a design that could add to the list of “You should make The Experience your church because…”
